Landscaping Services
Design
How long does the design process take?
Depending on the scale of the project, the design portion can take a couple of days to weeks. In this phase we want to paint the picture and get the idea of the landscape across. During the install phase, plans can change and that will be taken care at the time of the request.
Do you submit the proper forms to HOAs?
Yes, we can handle any requirements needed by an HOA. We will submit or hold any conversations with the HOA in order to get approval on the project. The client will need to provide the details to the HOA and we will handle it from there.
Can you break down the project into phases?
Yes, most landscape projects can be broken down into phases if budgets are a concern or if the client would like it broken down this way.
What type of drawings are included?
Standard projects included a 2D drawing but 3D renderings are available if requested.
How many revisions are allowed?
There is no limit on revisions, we want the designs to be as close as the final project. Although, changes can occure mid-project and those modifications will be taken care of at the time of the request.
Installation
What is the process on getting the install completed?
Once we have an approved quote, we will then receive the deposit to lock-in the scheduling. The length of the install varies depending on the size of the scope. Weather delays or Holidays can extend overall project length. During this process communication will be relayed on what phases we are with the current project.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Please see our warranty document here
How does the first day of install begin?
On the first day of the install, we will have the overseeing manager guide the crew on where to begin the install. If there any questions, you are welcome to meet with the on-site manager.
Who do I contact for any questions before or during my install?
You can contact our office or email us with any questions you may have. If you would like to meet prior to starting your project, we can schedule one.
Do you handle permits/HOA?
Yes, we can handle all the paperwork required for permits or HOA. Typically with HOA the homeowner will need to provide the contact info for their HOA and we can take it from there.
Maintenance
How often do you perform the maintenance?
We typically go at least once a week year-round. This means we are always paying close attention to your landscape and ensuring the overall health stays in good condition.
What happens on holidays or bad weather days?
When a holiday or bad weather day occurs, we schedule for the next day of businsess which ensures you still get your maintenance. This may affect when your day of maintenance occurs in the future but for the most part the day of service stays the same.
Whats included in your maintenance plan?
All maintenance plans include mowing, blowing, edging, light trimming of hedges, ornamental trees, a weed management program and fertilization. Please contact us for additional details.
How does payment work for maintenance?
For the current month we are servicing, a invoice will be sent to you towards the end of the month. We process all major credit cards and banks.
Irrigation Systems
What is “smart” irrigation and is it worth it?
Smart irrigation uses weather-based or soil-moisture–based controllers and sensors that automatically adjust watering schedules based on real-time conditions. This helps prevent watering in the rain, reduces waste, and can significantly improve water efficiency while giving you convenient control from your phone or tablet.
What types of irrigation systems do you offer?
For turf areas, we typically install underground sprinkler systems with pop-up spray or rotary heads that provide even coverage across the lawn. For planting beds, shrubs, and trees, we often recommend drip irrigation, which delivers water directly to the root zone for better efficiency and reduced evaporation.
Why is it important to regularly service my sprinkler system?
Over time, sprinkler heads can shift, clog, or break, and small leaks can develop underground, all of which waste water and leave dry or overwatered spots in your yard. Regular professional service catches these issues early, optimizes coverage, and ensures your system is watering at the right times and rates, which helps lower water bills and keeps your lawn and plants healthier all season long.
Should I get my irrigation system checked out prior to beginning the landscape maintenance?
Yes, it’s highly recommended to have your irrigation system checked before starting landscape maintenance. A professional inspection helps ensure your sprinklers are working efficiently, coverage is optimized, and there are no leaks, clogs, or damaged parts that could lead to dry spots or overwatering as you begin new work. Addressing any system issues beforehand avoids potential plant stress, wasted water, and unexpected repair costs during the maintenance season, giving your landscaping the best start possible.
